Two Lines! Now What?
In this workshop, we will explore what happens in early pregnancy and how to find the prenatal care and support you need for this time of great transition. This workshop is suggested for women who are actively trying to conceive and anytime in the first 12-weeks of pregnancy.
Relaxation and Meditation Techniques for Pregnancy
In this workshop, we will explore a variety of techniques for relaxation and release of tension, fear and anxiety. These techniques are great through pregnancy for improved sleep, stress relief and after pregnancy into motherhood.
Working with Fear: Birthing with Confidence
In this workshop, we will explore what happens energetically and physically during labor and birthing. You will learn meditations, mantras and visualization techniques to work with any fears that you may have about labor and birth.
Partner Yoga Workshops for Pregnancy
This workshop is intended for women in all weeks of pregnancy and their birth partner, spouse, friend or anyone they want to share this workshop with! We will do some gentle yoga together, practice breathing exercises and have a lot of fun! No yoga experience is required.
