Private Sessions
Sharon Rudyk provides private yoga sessions for men and women who are interested in using yoga to support optimum reproductive health and fertility. These sessions are especially helpful for women and couples who are using ART or who have struggled with infertility and are looking for a nourishing and relaxing practice or way to get back in touch with their bodies and intuition. Sharon also specializes in working with women who have experienced pregnancy loss, the loss of an infant or have had traumatic fertility/birthing experiences.
If you are currently contemplating IVF treatment or are scheduled for one, please contact Sharon to schedule your private sessions around your IVF cycle. It is important that we work together in a way that specifically supports the mental, physical and spiritual stages of that treatment process.
One session is $75
Three sessions are $200
Eight sessions are $440
Each session can be shared by two people for the same price. These prices are for sessions done in Sharon’s office in Squirrel Hill. Sharon can travel to your home or location convenient to you, including hospital visits–please call for fees in these circumstances.
