Labor Yoga
Sharon Rudyk charges $120 for an hour of labor yoga in your home, birthing center or hospital. Sharon is NOT a doula and is not able to be present with you for your entire labor and delivery. The maximum number of hours that Sharon can be present is four-hours and she is available from 6am to midnight only. Please check our resources page for doula referrals. A doula will be with you to support you through your entire labor and delivery.
It is best to call Sharon first to discuss and pre-schedule so that she can put you on her calendar (412) 855-5692. Even if you did not pre-schedule, do not hesitate to call Sharon during your labor if you would like some company or fresh ideas for movement and breathing. If she is available, she will make every effort to be present with you during your labor. Sometimes, having new energy and activity can boost a laboring mom’s spirit and can give her primary birth partner a well-needed break.
